Information this website collects

HonorPoint Insurance collects the information you submit in the life insurance questionnaire: name, phone, email, state, ZIP, age, household income range, coverage interests, tobacco response, preferred contact time and contact consent. Consent evidence includes the wording, version, receipt time, IP address, browser user agent, page URL and advertising campaign parameters.

Purpose and access

Questionnaire information is used to review and respond to your life insurance inquiry and document your consent. This website has no public lead directory and does not automatically send your information to insurance carriers or marketing platforms. Hosting and infrastructure providers process data as needed to operate the site. Requesting information does not bind coverage or require a purchase.

Cookies and visit statistics

A first-party session cookie helps secure form requests. For up to 30 days, the site records page-view counts, broad advertising-source groups and questionnaire step progress using a random per-page identifier, not a persistent cross-site identifier. Analytics do not store your IP, user agent, phone, email or form answers. Abandonment is estimated from inactivity. No third-party ad pixels are installed.

Security and requests

Questionnaire information is stored in an access-restricted database, separate from the visit counters. No system can guarantee absolute security. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank account details or medical records. This service is intended for adults ages 18–80 in the listed service states.

You may withdraw contact consent when communicating with HonorPoint Insurance. Any future marketing messages must provide an appropriate opt-out route. The form does not subscribe you to an automated campaign.
